Obama's John Lewis Eulogy Reminds us of What's at Stake

If you didn't see Obama speak yesterday (I didn't), take the time to read this. If America survives as a Democracy, his eulogy for John Lewis will be anthologized alongside King's "I Have a Dream" speech for the next 200 years. Incredible that it was delivered on the same day that Trump proposed that we cancel our democracy until the odds for his reelection improve. Just compare the language, never mind the sentiments--Obama's is biblical; Trump's ("It will the most INACCURATE & FRAUDULENT Election in history") is that of a schoolyard bully who just got caught doing something bad by the teacher.If there was ever any doubt about how high the stakes are.....
